Huangte is a steel mill that adjusts billet rolling material. The profile takes four steps from billet to molding. The billet is heated, rolled, cooled, and cut accurately. After that, it can be sold.

The steel mills were measuring the amount of billet invested and the amount of profile that could actually be produced.
